1.  bathing suit for girls, tapos trunks for guys. since kelangan daw proper attire.

5. sleeping bag? if ever magoovernight kayo?
6. playing cards, kung gusto niyo
7. socks. IF EVER MAGBOBOWLING TAYO.
8. tapos money i guess. syempre just to make sure. pano kung gusto niyo bumili ng something extra. hindi yun sagot ng class funds.
9. sunblock lotion
10. shampoo, soap, towels, etc. <----- stuff for taking a bath

Clearance requirements

Class Presidents,

Message from the SSD Office: Official time for March 21(Mon) & March 22 (Tues) shall be until 12 noon or after finishing activities, e.g. checking  clearance requirements from teachers, admin units (except those joining the bio? field trip). Gate pass no longer needed because the 12 noon is official dismissal time. Please advise your parents accordingly.

Clearance requirements from the Batch Adviser:

For everyone:

(1) payment of all unpaid dues (concert tickets, class funds, outbound, prom pics, batch shirt)

(2) scrapbook page which contains your original (not scanned) prom picture with prom formal picture background and some information about you

(3) accomplished outbound worksheet for those who did NOT join the outbound - get the worksheet from me on monday 9AM 

(4) thank you note to their generous benefactors for ALL those sponsored in previous batch activities (retreat, prom, outbound).

For class treasurers: list of those with unpaid class funds (I WILL NOT CLEAR THEM ALSO)

For class presidents: compiled complete (no one is missing) scrapbook. SUBMIT BY TUESDAY TO THE REGISTRAR, I WILL NOT BE AROUND ON TUESDAY SO AS LONG AS YOU SUBMIT YOU WILL BE CLEARED. IF THE SCRAPBOOK IS NOT COMPLETE (E.G. MISSING PICTURES, MISSING PAGE) OR DOES NOT MEET MY STANDARD, I WILL INFORM YOU TO COMPLY. OTHERWISE, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR REPORT CARD ON MARCH 31.

Requirement forr Report Card to be released:

(1) Accomplished Career Plan, get the form from the Registrar on Monday 10pm ( I will also post online) and submit to your adviser on Mar 31 to claim your Report Card.

(2) Claim and payment of "pahabol" orders (e.g. Batch Shirt, Prom Pics, Prom Video)  

For those who had very low Math 4 Achievement Test Scores;

I will give a list of problems/topics you need to review this summer for you to be ready for Math 5; please take this matter seriously.

I AM STILL ACCEPTING PROM PIC ORDERS AND BATCH SHIRT ORDERS (Php 100 for 1st shirt; Php 200 for additional shirt) THROUGH CLASS PRESIDENTS. THE PTA PLANS TO SELL THE PROM RAW VIDEO (2 CDs) and COMPLETE PHOTO COVERAGE (1 CD - this is different from the Formal Picture Coverage) for Php 200. EMAIL ME YOUR CLASSMATES ORDER; DEADLINE FOR ORDERS IS ON MARCH 25 MIDNIGHT. CLAIM AND PAY ORDERS DURING CARD-GIVING (ALL PAYMENTS TO ME OR I WILL DESIGNATE A REPRESENTATIVE).

SRRRR!!!

Yung scrapbook clearance thingy due this thursday, March 17, 2011..

Ang dapat kasi na laman nung scrapbook, info about each perosn sa strontium, tapos may pic dapat at least one, tapos dapat ung isa sa mga pics, prom pic.. si sir nat daw mag bigay..

Ganito: gawa kayo, individually, ng 'page' niyo.... sa short bond na lng (kahit colored, basta short) lagay niyo info about sa inyo, then likes, dislikes, bahala kayo, basta about sa inyo.. then design it, yung mukhang highschool naman yung gumawa, then kung di pa mabigay ung prom pics by tom., ihiwalay na lang natin un.. as in sa last pages na lang siya nung scrapbook... tapos ung mga individual pages niyo, bigay niyo sakin.. tapos ako mag compile :)) sa clearbook na lng natin lagay.. meron ako... so thanks!!!!

ang hindi mag submit, di totoong strontium!!! :)) lol kidding... but still...

p.s.
I suggest pala na yung design nung page niyo ay mukha pa rin na scrapbook, as in try not to print the whole thing.. kasi parang walang 'personal touch'..
